ABSTRACT

Following the creation of life on Earth, there was the creation and formation of many things which gave every single thing a name where even the world got divided into nations and nations into states, districts, etc., and with more urge to explore new things that were how people discovered “Religion” which is still being a very crucial role in the life of people.

The role of religion is very complex and is often depicted in a binary term, either as a source of peace or reconciliation or violence. Most countries are dealing with the issue of religion every day, and there are still wars, hatred, loathing, and discrimination going on in the world; thus, this research with the help of some case studies (Myanmar, Ayodhya Mosque, and Residential Schools of Canada) will focus on various religious dimensions and how it affects the world, and it will throw some light on the solutions to tackle the problem caused in the name of religion and various approaches to peace building and conflict resolution at the international level. Also, it will also talk about the co-existence of religion and science in this modern world.
