ABSTRACT


The evolution of the new technology and its rapid expansion is leading the world and economy to the new heights of modernization, for some people it is beneficial and for some, it is not of that, in simple words for the tech giants it is a sort of race of making money and advancement of the technology by hook or by crook and on this race, the consumer is affecting and its interest is also not protected by the state. Parallelly the living habitat of the people as well as of animals is also getting polluted and cleaned due to the rising needs of the humans and advancement of technology, this greed is not only affecting the life but also affecting the pockets. The present article is to reviews the current laws and situation in India and American perspective that are protecting the interest of the consumers and also review the consequences on the environment and lastly suggested the measures for the same.
