Covid-19: A Root Cause Behind The Violation Of Basic Rights In India

ABSTRACT


India is in scuffle with the murrain of covid-19. The virus had so far caused annihilating loss to the nation and that too in almost every precinct. The worse situation mounting from this poisonous bane has not only impacted the physical existence of the individuals but also lead to the transgression of their basic rights. Various inherent rights of the particular were subjected to the deprivation. The structural pattern of the fraternity in battling with the pandemic failed to comply with these rights in some or the other way. No doubt the prevalent conditions are harsh and excruciating but we must understand that the protection of these fundamental and basic rights is also imperative in nature.


The paper work intends to elucidate various elementary and fundamental rights which were scorned and disregarded even being the indispensable and veridical part of the individuals as provided by the sovereign law frame. The paper work contemplates to shed light upon how the rights were violated? and also suggests some recommendations which might be the factor, helping to curb the pandemic along with the preservation of the basic human rights.
