Artificial Intelligence is the reflection of one of the best innovations of mankind, with the advent of invention the field of artificial intelligence is set to bring about a major change in technological and personal life of people. Manned by the planning of engineers, this field also attaches the legal implications and the intangible proprietary rights of inventors. The trust, novelty and commercial competence of this field blew away the technological market around the world around 20th century. The creativity and ability of uniqueness of inventions has always been questioned colligated to the aspect of legal right of registration for the developers or programmers across the world reading various judicial prouncements worldwide. The conventional orientation of copyright protection has hurdled the original works of the creator including its use and distribution leading to a lower the importance of computer generated works, yet, with the modern industrialization the courts have protected the rights of user only if it is invented by a human being exclusively. Coming to the fulfilment of copyright, the important aspect of grant of patent registration also comes along the way of justification of uniqueness and singularity of any invention, countries like China and America have the highest amounts of patent generation directly indicating the practice and fast paced registration of inventions. Thus, it becomes important to identify the need for immediate patent registration giving the opportunities of trade and science. WIPO has strategically indicated the importance of Intellectual Property and its assets, the statistics influence the identity of any nation and its economic progress in terms of technology, the rise of filings and its multiplicity indicate the growth of intellectual resources including artificial intelligence and machine learning. Thus, the researcher in the current discussion analyses the field of artificial intelligence at the threshold of opportunities and ways to harness the legal potential of this incredible technology for humanity's betterment.
