ABSTRACT

In today's globalized economy, the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights (IPR) have become crucial considerations for businesses and governments worldwide. With the rise of digital technologies and international trade, the challenges surrounding cross-border enforcement of IPR have become increasingly complex. This abstract explores the current landscape of cross-border enforcement mechanisms for IPR, examining both the legal frameworks and practical strategies employed by countries and international organizations. Key topics include the role of international treaties and agreements, the challenges posed by jurisdictional issues and differing legal systems, the impact of emerging technologies on enforcement efforts, and the importance of collaboration and information sharing among stakeholders. Through a comprehensive analysis of relevant case studies and scholarly literature, this abstract aims to provide insights into the evolving dynamics of cross-border enforcement of IPR and propose potential avenues for enhancing effectiveness and cooperation in this critical area.
