Cyber security has become critical in today's dynamic environment for both people and families, as well as businesses. Organizations come in a variety of forms, including military, political, economic, educational, and financial organizations, among others. These organizations acquire and store a variety of sensitive data on computers, which they then send to other computers over various networks. Protecting children and family members from internet crime has become critical for families. Protecting information that might have a negative influence on one's social life or personal finances is critical for an individual. One must understand the distinction between the virtual and actual worlds. Cyber security is critical for local, state, and central government as these entities manage a massive quantity of personal data and information about the country and its residents. In this context, this research addresses critical components of cybercrime, cyber security, awareness, the investigative process, the socio-legal aspect, preventative actions, as well as other relevant areas of concern.
