ABSTRACT

Decoding Issues, Framing of Charges, and Questions of Law are fundamental components of legal pleadings, indispensable in guiding the trajectory of litigation within the framework of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CPC). Pleadings, constituting the initial step in legal proceedings, lay the groundwork for the case's progression, shaping the narrative and determining the scope of legal arguments. This paper endeavors to dissect these essentials in the context of the CPC, elucidating their significance and exploring the intricacies involved.

Decoding Issues in pleadings involves a meticulous examination of the factual matrix and legal nuances to identify and classify the core contentious points. The CPC mandates a clear delineation of issues to facilitate a focused and efficient adjudication process.
