ABSTRACT


This research paper is an executive endeavor to examine the idea of dynamic constitutional adaptation vis-a-vis the current scenario of socio-political aspects. This research paper will discuss the historical retrospective of constitutional growth since independence.


Indian socio-political arena is facing several conundrums due to the fast pace of socio-political changes. The paper will also examine the various mechanisms and effective processes to handle various socio-legal changes.


The law is a dynamic concept, and it changes with the change in society. The grunt norm in the form of the Indian Constitution is adaptable to these changes taking place due to fast socio-economic and political changes in the society. Indian Constitution is flexible in nature, and its provisions have been combined under Article 368 to adapt and handle various exigencies arising during the course of the evolution of a welfare state.
