ABSTRACT


Software developers must navigate a complex environment that requires strategic adaptation and a deep grasp of the convergence of emerging technologies and copyright protection. In order to clarify the implications for software developers in protecting their intellectual property rights, this study examines the complex interaction between these domains. It addresses the challenges presented by cutting-edge technologies like as 3D printing, block chain, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things by using an interdisciplinary lens. Through an exploration of legal, ethical, and technological aspects, this study clarifies issues and provides useful advice to enable software developers to navigate copyright protection in the fast- paced world of technological innovation.
