The concept of this crime has various classifications containing its respective provisions which help to uphold the justice to victims of such crime. The following article discusses the actual definition of this hidden crime and the provisions that are practised in India to curtail such act down. Along with this we the authors take responsibility for creating awareness among the people about the crime with its curtailing clause.
