ABSTRACT

The youngsters are supposed to be dutiful, deferential and have great excellence in them. Be that as it may, because of specific conditions, a specific level of youngsters don't follow the set social and lawful decree. Such youngsters as a general rule engage in criminal way of behaving which is known as Juvenile delinquency & Crime. Children are not only God's gifts, but they are also regarded as the most valuable personal and national assets. We all have a duty and responsibility to provide for and allow children to grow in a healthy and safe environment.
