ABSTRACT

This paper contends that the juvenile delinquency is a type of offence that committed by child under the determined age ruled in the law of India. This Research paper furnishes a meticulous Analysis of Reasons, remedies to prevent crimes from juvenile, and furthermore. Finally, it also scrutinizes about punishment and present-day instances of juvenile delinquency. This paper accentuated on connection between juvenile crime and society and also provides brief material about the change in the conditions of juveniles. It also inspects about legislation or Belt and Braces for Juveniles.
