ABSTRACT


This exploratory study delves into the interplay of Fintech and E-commerce, intricate legal landscape governing fintech in India, and the regulatory framework, shedding light on the evolving regulatory ecosystem. The paper fintech's pivotal role in revolutionizing e-commerce, highlighting its transformative impact on the sector.


The objective of this study is to know about the applicability of FINTECH laws on e-commerce, to identify significant issues with its application in the realm of e-commerce. The jurisprudential analysis elucidates how traditional laws are being adapted to accommodate these burgeoning industries. Furthermore, the study assesses the impact of fintech on e-commerce, tracing the developments that have shaped these industries thus far. It also outlines the challenges faced by fintech in India. The implications of the 'Aadhaar Verdict' case on fintech are examined.
