ABSTRACT


This article delves into the constitutional dimensions surrounding the provision of menstrual paid leaves, examining the legal frameworks and constitutional implications associated with this evolving labor policy. The study conducts a comprehensive analysis of various constitutional principles, such as equality, non-discrimination, and the right to work, in the context of menstrual leave policies. Through a comparative lens, the article explores how different jurisdictions address menstrual paid leaves within the framework of their respective constitutions.
