Prostitution: A Profession With No Rights

ABSTRACT


The article provides a wholesome picture of the profession of prostitution has evolved in India and how various countries around the globe have treated this profession. The article examines the current situation of the sex workers, their fundamental rights and also have made critical comments upon the existing legislation related to it. The key finding of the article focuses in the reformation of the law and how the legalization of the same is going to benefit the workers and to the country.
