Rule Of Law And Access To Justice: The Constitutional Perspective

ABSTRACT

Under Indian Constitution, Every citizen is the right to have equal rights which are specifically expressed Under Articles 14 and 21 without any Discrimination. Access to Justice is also considered being right that is available to the people who are not able to afford the service to defend themselves. It is also considered to be one of the pillars in this modern technological world. Rule of Law makes way to achieve access to justice to the people through judicial Interpretation. Access to justice is also considered to be the part of rule of law in which the people have the right to this adjudicatory mechanism which is guaranteed Under Article 39A of the Indian Constitution. Indian judiciary plays important role in the execution of rule of law and access to justice when it is denied. This Piece of Work tries to find out how far the people are enjoying the concept of the Rule of Law and Access to Justice under the Indian Constitution.
