ABSTRACT

This research paper titled “WHAT THE PRESIDENCY MEANS - A COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN INDIA AND THE UNITED STATES” examines the Executive structures in India and America. By conducting a comparative analysis of the relevant constitutional provisions, the paper will lay down the scope of power wielded by the Indian and American Presidents.
