Working Conditions Of Medical Professionals And Their Health

ABSTRACT

This article aims to understand the current work environment of health care professionals, it specifically deals with geographical surrounding, internal work environment-that includes aspects like cleanliness, bio-medical waste management, electrical safety, harassment of health workers and how it affects their health, what are the guidelines for safe surrounding of health care workers, and the legal aspects of the same. It analyses the impact of COVID-19 on the working environment of health staff in India. It also aims to answer the question whether hospitals are a hazardous workplace or not.
