Introduction
Intellectual property rights are there to protect rights of the creators of various forms of expression from being forged and credited to undeserving people. Forms of expression can vary from Thomas Edison’s invention of light bulb to a song composed by a college student, and it is pertinent that such all expressions be protected. Especially, given the fact that in the current times with the emergence of digital world, it is getting more and more easier to replicate and forge such expressions.
Intellectual property rights play a significant role in the world of commerce. It is henceforth no surprise that that in this digital age, there arise many disputes in the realm of intellectual property rights.
