ABSTRACT

The objective of this research paper is to get a practical perspective and comprehension of the procedural components of “Conversion of Public Companies to Private Companies” in line with government-established laws and regulations. This study also investigates the causes and motives for such conversion, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of the operation.
