E-Auction: Issues And Challenges

ABSTRACT

Cyber law not only talks about cybercrime but also deals with various aspects of e-commerce. Among all those aspects e-Auction is also the important one. This article deals with the major issues of e-auction and how it can be resolved. The aim of this paper is to show how an e-auction can be done and what are the major challenges present in doing e-auction and how these problems can be resolved. The paper is not limited to the issues, it also provides the benefit of doing e-auction.

The content provided in this article is written after analysing various other scholars writings, due to this it gets its authenticity. This paper provides the analysis of the kinds of e-auction, its benefit and major challenges and how these challenges can be resolved.

It is hoped that the analysis under this study will help the readers, researchers, and practitioners in understanding the position of e-auction’s issues so that they can become more efficient in their work.
