Law And Related Disciplines: Unveiling The Symbiotic Relationship Between Law And Other Disciplines

Saudamini Naga Malladi, Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad

ABSTRACT

Law shares a symbiotic relationship with every discipline, because it is a multifaceted and pervasive construct, it weaves intricate connections with many other disciplines and transcends all the boundaries of inter-disciplinary limitations. Law, in itself acts as a unifying force, binds together diverse fields, which is a complex interplay of rules and regulations, principles and ethical considerations. It has relevance not only in science, technology, philosophy and arts, which of course are a foundation to the legal framework and resonates with the ever- evolving scope of human endeavor to maintain a structure and system of law and order in the society. The symbiosis is an organic integration and is not merely a legal imposition, where the principles of justice, equity and good conscience align with each discipline. The understanding of the relationship that law shares with each discipline, will lead to a better understanding of the coherence that each discipline shares with law, and how is it relevant in the complex yet interconnected world.
