ABSTRACT


This abstract explores the revolutionary trends, uses, and issues connected with this technological progress, offering a thorough review of the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the Indian judicial system. AI technologies are starting to have a more noticeable effect on India's judicial system as they continue to affect many other industries.


With the advent of AI, the Indian legal system—which is renowned for its intricacy and volume of cases—is going through a paradigm change. This study explores the current state of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in document review, contract analysis, case prediction, legal research, and the automation of repetitive legal duties. The application of AI tools promises increased access to justice, cost savings, and efficiency advantages.


This life-changing adventure is not without difficulties, though. Significant obstacles include data privacy issues, AI biases, ethical concerns, and the requirement for regulatory frameworks. The study delves deeply into these issues, highlighting the significance of finding a balance between preserving core legal principles and technological progress. The abstract also highlights efforts made by government agencies and the Indian legal community to adjust to AI, including the creation of task teams to develop ethical norms and the investigation of AI-powered legal research platforms. To maintain a healthy synergy between AI and the Indian legal system, it is imperative that engineers, policymakers, and legal practitioners understand the dynamics of this technological integration.


In conclusion, this unique offers experiences into the multifaceted affect of AI on the Indian lawful scene, exploring through the positive changes and challenges. The blend of innovative headways and legitimate standards is basic for cultivating a legitimate environment that's versatile, ethical, and flexible within the confront of advancing mechanical scenes.
